All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving (or expected receiving) your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
